Ingredients:
6 idlis
1/2 tsp Black pepper Powder
2 tbsp Corn flour
1/2 cup Oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
2 Inch Ginger (Julienne)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 large onion finely (diced)
1 Capsicum (diced)
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Soy sauce
Salt
Spring Onions

Method:
Cut the cold idlis into bite sized cubes. Mix Black pepper Powder, Cornflour flour then fry the idlis in the wok with the Oil when it get hot. Once done remove the Idlis and keep them aside in the plate, and in the similar manner fry the remaining pieces.
Now heat up the wok with Oil in which you Add Garlic (chopped), 2 inch Ginger (Julienne), Green Chillies (Chopped) saute this till ginger & garlic turn golden then add Onion (diced) saute this properly now add Capsicum (diced), Tomato ketchup, Schezwan sauce, Pepper Powder. Stir the mix properly and let it cook for a minute
Add Vinegar, Soy sauce after which add your Idlis in the wok with other ingredients, let them mix then add Salt (for the taste), Spring Onions
Remove from flame, toss it gently and remove it the bowl. Our Idli Chilli is ready to be served.
