Seoul says it's coming up with detailed measures for the inter-Korean excavation of war remains in the Demilitarized Zone scheduled for this April.
South Korea's Defense Ministry said Monday it had notified North Korea earlier this month that its excavation team is ready for the planned project... but the North is yet to respond.
The joint excavation project is part of the inter-Korean Comprehensive Military Agreement made last September... aimed at suspending hostile acts as part of building peace on the Korean peninsula.
