Bread Roll is a delicious snack recipe made by stuffing potato into the bread. These rolls goes amazingly well with ketchup. Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.Ingredients: 4 Potatoes, boiled Oil 1 tsp Ginger, chopped 1 tsp Garlic, chopped 2 Green Chillies, chopped Spring Onions (white) Cashew Nuts Salt Red Chilli powder Turmeric powder Coriander powder Cumin seed powder Coriander leaves, chopped Bread slices Water
Method of preparation: Mash the boiled potatoes and keep them aside. Heat a pan, add oil ginger, garlic, green chillies, spring onion white, cashews, salt, red chilli powser, turmeric and mix them well. Add coriander powder, cumin seed powder, saute them on low flame. Add the mashed potatoes, mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves, mix well and keep it aside to cool. Dip the bra slice in some water, drain out excess water by pressing it. Take a portion off the mixture, place it inside the bread and rolls. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the rolls in it. Our Bread Rolls are ready to plate.
