While Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is yet to take a final decision on the explanation given by Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria on his meeting with former IPL chief Lalit Modi in London last year, sources have indicated that the state Home Department is satisfied with the police chief’s response.
