Finance Minister P Chidambaram, while addressing the media, said that BJP is unwilling to allow Parliament to function or discuss any issue. He further added that,"PM is ready to make a statement on coal block allocation in Parliament in the context of CAG report." He justified the coal allocation process by saying that, "If coal is not mined, where is the loss?"
