It's been 48 hours since the defence lawyer in Damini's case made callous remarks on honour killing and the but no substantial action has been made against AP Singh.
Owing to the mounting pressure from NGOs and other organisations. The the Delhi Bar Council took a serious view of the lawyer's statement but the law ministry chooses to turn a deaf ear to the incident & the callous remarks, We are yet to hear the Law ministry's take on one of their own making patriarchal & misogynistic remarks.
