Both the Chhattisgarh and Odisha government are racing against time to secure the release of the two hostages BJD MLA Jhina Hikaka and Sukma DM Alex Paul Menon from Maoist captivity. Hikaka has been a Maoist hostage for over a month in Odisha. His fate hangs on the reported People's court that'll be held today. Menon was abducted on Saturday.
