Arresting NRI businessman Ravi Rishi seems like a possibility after the CBI issued a restraint order to prevent him from moving out of the country. All airports and exit points have been alerted. His passport too has been impounded. Rishi has been questioned twice so far by the CBI and may be summoned again. Rishi has been named as an accused in the agency's FIR in alleged irregularities in purchase of Tatra trucks for the Army.
