Probe into the Kunda DSP killing heats up as CBI is set to quiz Kunda MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya. Raja Bhaiya, booked for murder and conspiracy in the case has been reportedly summoned to the CBI camp office in Pratapgarh. It has now emerged that senior police officer Zia-ul-Haque had prepared a list of cases against the MLA. Charges in the 47 cases listed against him include murder, conspiracy to murder and violations under the Gangster Act.
