Schezwan Sauce is an Indo-Chinese sauce recipe which is used to make various Chinese dishes like fried rice, noodles, etc. Try this easy sauce recipe at home and share your feedback in the comments below.

Ingredients:
25-30 Kashmiri Red Chillies, soaked
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Oil
3 tbsp Ginger, chopped
3/4 cup Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Coriander stem, chopped
1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Salt

Method of preparation:
In a mixer jar, add soaked chillies, vinegar and grind them into a fine paste.
Heat a pan, add oil, ginger, garlic, coriander stem and saute them.
Add the ground paste and saute it nicely.
Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, black pepper powder, sugar, salt, mix well and saute it for 2 minutes.
Our Schezwan Sauce is ready.
