Every January rolls around and everyone thinks of doing something for their physical health, but rarely give their mental health a second thought. If we take care of our mental health, we will be better equipped handle stress, anxiety, feelings of sadness, disappointments and feelings of depression.

Join us as we discuss ideas, tips, education and other concepts to how you can improve your mental health and learn how to better deal with everyday stress, anxiety, etc.
