North Korea's foreign minister Ri Yong-ho is in China for a three-day visit, and today he met with Beijing's foreign minister Wang Yi.
It's expected that Wang briefed Ri on the results of last week's U.S.-China summit talks,... while discussing Pyeongyang-Beijing bilateral relations and the recent developments on the Korean Peninsula.
Though not confirmed, there is also speculation that Ri may meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Ri's visit to China comes as speculation rises on whether North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will visit South Korea before the end of this year, as agreed with President Moon Jae-in at their September summit.
