Delhi High Court has said that CBI no.2 Rakesh Asthana won’t be arrested for now and postponed the hearing till Monday. Meanwhile, Delhi High Court has issued a notice to CBI and its director on Asthana's plea. HC has refused a stay on proceeding claiming that nature and gravity of the case is in such manner.
