Parliamentary representatives from two Koreas hold talks on sidelines of Inter-Parliamentary Union

South Korea's National Assembly Speaker Moon Hee-sang says.... the legislative bodies of the two Koreas should push for inter-Korean parliamentary talks.
Moon made the remarks during talks with Ri Jong-hyok ,... the deputy head of North Korea's Supreme People's Assembly,... on the sidelines of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in Geneva on Monday.
Ri said that he feels moved considering the past decade they've lost,... and agreed that the two parliaments should lead efforts to hold talks,... adding that he believes things will work out well.
It was the first time representatives of the two Koreas have met at the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
