This clip is from the 1961 film Al Safira Aziza starring Soad Hosny and Shokry Sar7an.
The dancer in this scene is Layla Yousry. She was an excellent dancer but for some reason she was not very successful in dancing roles. She is far better known for her acting roles and she participated in many films during her career. She only danced in a handful of those films. She was also a theater actress.
At the beggining of this scene Soad Hosny's character is telling her brother the butcher that she wants the inheritance that her mother left her and that he has stolen from her. He becomes infuriated and aggressive and tries to hit her. Her fiance played by Shokry Sar7an steps between them and separates them.
At their wedding reception Soad Hosny is very upset with him because she feels that he did not intervene firmly enough between her brother and her, and he allowed her brother to attack her, and she also feels that her fiancé didn't back her up when she demanded her stolen inheritance from her brother. This is why she has an unhappy expression on her face. When they are alone in their bedroom at the end of the scene, she tells him the reason she is angry with him.
