Let's get a further check on the weather from our Lee Jee-hyun who's standing by at the weather center.
Jee-hyun, any regions with heavy rain alerts? Seoul is still wet but it seems to have stopped raining?

Good morning Mark, you are right.. no rain alerts are remaining and those of us in the upper regions will finally see rain going away but southern regions will see rainfall today.

As for here in Seoul, Dobong Distict was hit hardest by downpours receiving nearly 500 millimeters of rainfall since Tuesday, 460 in Uijeongbu city in Gyeonggi-do Province... right now Daejeon and surrounding regions are seeing showers but it will let up before mid-morning.

Another round of showers are in store with Chungcheong-do and Jeolla-do Provinces forecast to see heavy showers, rain could fall at a rate of 40 millimeters an hour in some parts, so be prepared.

The capital had gentle sounds of rain and breezy conditions overnight, kicking off at 23 degrees in Seoul and Chuncheon.

Daily highs in Seoul will reach about 29 degrees Celsius, a couple notches higher than yesterday with high humidity, while the rest of the central and southern regions will see moderate to heavy rainfall.

That's all the weather update for now.
