Good afternoon. A monsoon front dropped heavy showers on Korea's upper regions, but most of the rain clouds have passed over the peninsula. However, Gangwon-do Province and its mountainous regions will continue to see relatively heavy showers until early Friday. If you are there, take precautions and stay safe.

Temperatures will be on the comfortable side, hovering in the mid to upper twenties in most parts, while southern provinces will have higher readings than yesterday.

For a closer look at today's highs, Gwangju will get up to 28 degrees Celsuis, Busan will top out at 27 degrees.

As for the weather outlook, frequent showers are in store nationwide throughout early next week, but it's always best to keep an umbrella handy at this time of year.
