There are signs of suspicious activities at Sinpo South Shipyard,... home to the Pyongyang's only experimental ballistic missile submarine.
According to U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North, recent commercial satellite imagery shows... work continues on moving parts and equipment related to shipbuilding campaign first observed last year.
A new crane erected a few months ago continued... to move these parts, and work on dredging the boat basin seemed to be underway as well.
The shipyard at Sinpo is the most probable location for the regime to try and build its first operational ballistic missile submarine.
However, there is no conclusive evidence that one is actually being built.
