Hideto Kawahara and his fellow chefs behind the longstanding eatery have created a dish of tsuke-men or "dipping noodles" that are intended to be soaked in an accompanying bowl of soup. In addition to the very tasty, exclusive meal, the soup will actually be served in mastermind's infamous skull bowl.
