Senior N. Korean official in Beijing to discuss economic cooperation

A senior North Korean official is in Beijing, possibly to discuss economic cooperation with China.
Ryu Myong-son -- the vice director of Pyongyang's international affairs department -- arrived in the capital on Monday.
He's one of the regime's delegates who toured China in May to learn about its economic development.
There have been reports the two sides are moving to kick-start economic cooperation... despite international sanctions.
According to sources Ryu may be there for detailed discussions on such cooperation as well as party-to-party exchanges.
