날씨: 폭염에 온열 질환자 더 발생

Now we turn to our Michelle Park at the weather center for the latest updates. Michelle the heat is becoming more and more unbearable,... and now there are about 80 people per day experiencing heat-related illnesses.

Daniel, the worst can be avoided if we follow three simple principles,... drink plenty of water, stay in the shade and get plenty of rest. The heatwave will be with us for a while, so please do take that advice.

This hot air alone is frustrating, but the southern regions can also expect some fine dust pollution in the air tomorrow. The rest of the nation will be under sunny skies with hotter daytime highs while other cities in the region such as Tokyo will be partly cloudy with similar hot readings.

The captive heat in urban areas, especially, is resulting in tropical nights,... although Seoul still remains at 24, just on the verge of a tropical night.

The daytime high tomorrow in Seoul is expected to reach 34 degrees Celsius, Daegu a few notches off from 40 degrees.

Unfortunately, there's no rain to lift the heat. Starting Saturday, Seoul can also expect tropical nights to couple up with the heatwave.

I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.
