Roadways in Port Arthur, Texas, were bumper-high with water as several areas in coastal Texas experienced heavy rains and flash flooding on Tuesday, June 19.This video shows the flooding that had accumulated in the afternoon of June 19 as the uploader drove through Port Arthur.Parts of the area experienced up to 7 inches of rain, according to local news reports, and the Beaumont-Port Arthur airport received almost 6 inches of rain in 24 hours. The area, which is near Houston, Texas, had seen flood devastation before, and was still recovering from impact of Hurricane Harvey last summer, according to news reports.
