Police hunting burglar who broke into a home on one of Britain's poshest streets
  • 5 years ago
A burglar is being hunted by police after breaking into a multi-million pound house on one of Britain's poshest streets - and stealing Faberge egg.

The suspect climbed in through a window, which had been forced open, into the plush street in Marylebone, central London, where houses sell for upwards of £10 million.

A 1962 Rolex valued at £2,000 was stolen from the property, along with a 1960s Faberge-style china egg - the value of which is not known.
