High winds and torrential rain tore through Miramar Beach, Florida, on May 28 as Subtropical Storm Alberto made landfall in the Florida panhandle on Monday.The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for the areas of De Funiak Springs, Freeport, and Paxton, Florida and tropical storm warnings for most of the panhandle.
