Whitsunday dive instructor Paddy Moore braved the elements of Cyclone Debbie to capture a glimpse of the category 4 storm as it hit Airlie Beach on March 28.The storm made landfall early on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Bureau of Meteorology, with Airlie Beach copping the brunt.
