And staying with that story,... South Korea's Defense Minister is believed to be holding hastily-arranged talks with the head of U.S. Forces Korea General Vincent Brooks on North Korea's cancellation of today's inter-Korean talks.
Multiple sources familiar with the matter say Minister Song Young-moo cancelled his previously-arranged schedule to meet with Brooks.
The two reportedly exchanged views on the North's sudden about face on today's talks and Pyongyang's threat to cancel its summit with the U.S.
