South Korea's defense chief Song Young-moo held talks with U.S. Secretary of the Navy Richard Spencer.
During their meeting held this afternoon in Seoul,... they discussed ways to strengthen bilateral military coordination.
The duo agreed that maintaining strong alliance and strengthening cooperation between the two countries are paramount,.. amid the changes in security situations on the Korean Peninsula.
