Black Smoke Billows From Kilauea Volcano

A large plume of black smoke billowed from Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano on Friday, May 4, following an magnitude-6.9 earthquake.The US Geological Survey said the quake, the strongest in Hawaii since 1975, took place near Leilani Estates.
