Thousands of people gathered in Moscow, Russia, on April 30, in support of the Telegram messaging service, following attempts by state regulators to block the service, The Moscow Times reported.Radio Free Europe reported the move came after the messaging service refused to give the FSB access to users’ private messages.This footage shows protesters throwing paper planes on Academician Sakharov Ave in Moscow as part of the protest on Monday.
