Hundreds of protesters marched on August 15 to the Russian Supreme Court in Moscow to oppose the detention of two young women, held on extremism charges since March and accused of being part of an anti-government group, the Moscow Times said.Dubbed the “March of Mothers,” the protest focused on two women, aged 18 and 19, arrested along with eight other members of a WhatsApp group called New Greatness, which prosecutors say was planning to topple the government.
