Planes Sent to California's Hope Fire for Air Drops

Firefighting airplanes were deployed to help battle the 35-acre Hope Fire near Ramona, California, on Thursday, June 14, that was reported to have started earlier that day.The video shows CalFire Grumman S-2 planes coming and leaving Ramona Airport. The vegetation fire sparked evacuation warnings on Thursday, but CalFire said the forward rate of speed had been stopped a few hours later, and lifted the warnings.The fire was listed as being 35 percent contained.
