Both Hail and Blizzard Conditions Hit South Dakota on Same Day

While blizzard conditions blanketed one part of South Dakota, severe thunderstorms brought hail to Brookings and other areas on Friday, April 13. There were several reports of pea-sized hail in Brookings.Meanwhile, the National Weather Service reported blizzard conditions near Huron and Chamberlain.
