0,5 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 tablespoon lime juice 0.5 cup sev, fine 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 cup puffed rice, (murmure) 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped 1,5 raw green mangoes, (about 100 grams), julienned into matchstick-like pieces 4 shallots, finely chopped 200 grams potato, boiled till soft, and finely chopped into tiny cubes salt, to taste imli chutney to taste hari chutney, to taste 15 puri, (papdi)
