Instant pot . Fallin’ Baby Back Ribs.Cooking Video Recipes

Dry rub of your choice (I used Cookie’s)
BBQ Sauce of your choice (I used Country Bob’s)
1 rack Baby Back Ribs
4 c Apple Juice
½ c Apple Cider Vinegar
1 onion
Minced Garlic

Cut ribs in half and season with dry rub. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in fridge for a bit. If you’re in a hurry, I think you could skip putting in fridge. Add apple juice and apple cider vinegar to pot. Put ribs in standing up against outside of pot. Place them with bones in and thicker side up. Toss in chopped onion and minced garlic ( I forgot to buy these, so skipped it in video). Close lid and set pressure valve to closed setting. Using the “Soup/Stew” setting on the Power Pressure Cooker XL, set timer to 32 minutes. I think on Instant pot you would use Manual 32 minutes on high pressure. When the timer goes off, let it natural release for 10 minutes. To natural release, just let the cooker sit for 10 minutes before releasing the pressure. Quick release any pressure that is left after 10 minutes. Remove ribs from pot and place on baking sheet. Slather them on both sides with your favorite BBQ sauce. Broil in oven for 5 minutes or so until sauce thickens and bubbles. Remove from oven and enjoy.
