Instant pot . Easy Peasy Mac & Cheesy.Cooking Video Recipes

4 c Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Salt
16 oz Pasta (I used large elbows)
12 oz Evaporated Milk
2 c Cheddar Cheese
1 c Fontina Cheese
Whole Milk (add as needed to thin sauce if too thick after adding cheese)
Pour chicken stock in pot. Add salt, butter and pasta. Stir well. Close lid and pressure valve. Read pasta package to get cook time. The large elbows said 8-10 minutes. For al dente, cook for half of lower time in directions, 4 minutes for this pasta. For softer pasta, cooker for half of higher time, 5 minutes for this pasta. I used the Bean/Lentils button to get 5 minutes since I like softer pasta.
When timer goes off, quick release the pressure and open lid. Stir pasta. Add evaporated milk and stir. Add ½ of each cheese at a time and stir until incorporated before adding more. Stir until all cheese is melted. If sauce is too thick, add some milk to thin it to your liking. Serve and Enjoy!
