Good morning, we had noticeably brighter and much milder morning...in fact, both lows and highs will be a few notches higher... even hovering above the norms.
However, the air remains quite dry with dry weather alerts in place in many regions while Seoul is under warning... humidity levels could go down to as low as 25 percent during the day.
Taking a closer look at today's readings, Seoul will have a high of 7 degrees Celsius, while Gwangju and Daegu will see a high of 11 degrees. The most parts will have partly sunny skies.
Daily lows will remain below freezing for the time being while the highs will be near or above seasonal averages. Be aware of big gaps between lows and highs.
PyeongChang is under a dry weather alert as well, while daily highs will rise much higher than the past few days.
