Good afternoon. Severe winter weather is here again...Expect to have temperatures 4 to 5 degrees lower than Sunday with continuous dry air.

In fact, Seoul has been under a dry weather warning for 5 consecutive days... frosty and dry air will make you dehydrate... be sure to drink plenty of water and dress warmly.

Meanwhile regions on the west coast including Gwangju will see snowfall while the capital area could also see snow flurries during the day.

Checking on today's highs, Seoul will inch up to -6 degrees Celsius, which is 5 degrees lower than yesterday, Daegu will rise to the freezing mark.

We'll see readings easing up tomorrow afternoon, then readings will go back to seasonal averages until Friday, before another cold snap strikes the nation.
