SK Hynix profits in Q4 hit record high on strong demand for memory chips

South Korean chipmaker SK Hynix posted record high profits in the fourth quarter, with demand for the company's chips remaining firm.
SK Hynix says its annual sales reached 28 billion U.S. dollars and net profits were nine billion dollars.
Operating profits reached around 13 billion dollars, up over 300 percent compared to the year before,... a record high.
The company says the strong profits were the result of strong demand for server products and price hikes for mobile products.
SK Hynix says it will expand technology mostly in server and SSD products to meet growing market demand.
