South Korea's top semiconductor manufacturers are to suspend ALL trade with Huawei...following the latest U.S. sanctions against the Chinese tech firm.
Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix will end all chip supplies to Huawei starting next Tuesday.
That's when a new set of U.S. rules that limits dealing with Huawei takes effect.
Introduced last month, the sanctions ban non-American companies from selling components that were developed with American technology...unless the companies have special approval.
The Trump administration has long accused Huawei of spying and stealing its technology.
