Human chain saves mum and two children trapped in icy river

More than a dozen people form a human chain to rescue a mother and her two children trapped in a frozen river in northern China.
In the video, the group of people hold hands with each other to form the human chain and pull a woman and her three-year-old daughter out of the icy river in Tangshan City in Hebei Province on January 7.
The other trapped child, a 10-year-old boy, had already been rescued.
According to local reports, the woman and two children suddenly fell into the frozen river when they were playing on it.
None of the family members were seriously injured, local media said.
