Heroic men rescued a man and two children trapped in a car after it landed upside down in a river.

In the video, captured in Taizhou city in Zhejiang province on August 18, two men on a ladder helped lift a boy up from the river before rescuing a girl that was trapped inside the vehicle.

According to reports, another car crashed into the vehicle forcing it to land into the river.

The retired soldier named Lu Shaocheng with his three relatives jumped into the river to rescue the motorists after he witnessed the incident.

The car driver and his two children were sent to hospital after being saved from the car.

Thanks to the kind-hearted rescuers, the two children were not injured seriously and the driver is not in life-threatening condition.
