Heroic fireman dies after trying to rescue senior trapped in frozen lake

A heroic fireman died after trying to rescue a senior trapped in a frozen lake in northern China.
The video, filmed in Anshan City in Liaoning Province today (December 7), shows three firefighters crawling on the icy layer of a lake to try to approach a senior trapped in the middle of it.
However, two firemen fell into the lake while trying to cross as the ice broke beneath them.
More firefighters using boats were then brought in to rescue the three people.
Unfortunately, one of the drowned firemen and the senior were both dead.
