Snowfall and high winds hit the city of Chanhassen, Minnesota, on Monday, December 4, as the state endured a winter storm.This Facebook video from the National Weather Service for the Twin Cities, Minnesota, was shot at its office in Chanhassen. It shows the American flag being blown around by the snow storm. According to The Star Tribune, temperatures soared to an unprecedented 64 degrees in the nearby Minnesotan town of Rochester on Monday, but by Tuesday temperatures in the region were predicated to drop significantly as snow was forecast. Meanwhile, as parts of Minnesota endured the storm, residents in the neighbouring states of North Dakota and South Dakota were facing blizzard conditions, the Argus Leader reported.
