Syrian government forces advanced into the Arifa and Omal neighborhoods in Deir Ezzor, Syria, after fighting with Islamic State forces on October 29.This footage shows empty buildings, some with large sections destroyed, decimated store fronts, and the wreckage of cars and rubble in the streets.
