Russian bombers conducted airstrikes on the Deir Ezzor province of Syria between October 30 and November 1.These Russian operated TU-22 Backfire Bombers operated in a swing wing configuration to release munitions. The Russian Ministry of Defense said they struck targets in Deir Ezzor province in Syria.Local Syrian media outlets reported airstrikes by war planes killed tens of civilian in the cities and towns southeast of Deir Ezzor and as many as ten more in Deir Ezzor city on November 1.
