Firefighting teams responded to forest fires northwest of Turin in Italy as 200 patients were evacuated from a nursing home on October 29.In total about 160 firefighters were employed in battling the blazes in the Susa Valley area, of which eight were hospitalized.Councillor for Piedmont Antonio Ferrentino said on the morning of October 30 that due to the work of firefighters overnight the situation was brought under control.
