The FBI has joined the search for a Chinese visiting scholar at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign who has been missing since Friday, June 9. Yingying Zhang, 26, was reported missing on Saturday, according to reports.The FBI has ruled the case a kidnapping, though nothing has been ruled out, the report said. Zhang arrived on campus in April.The University of Illinois Police released surveillance video showing Zhang getting into a black vehicle. There have been reports of someone in a similar black vehicle inviting young women into the car, the news report said.The FBI plans to post billboards throughout the state about Zhang’s case.
