A thunderstorm kicked up a dramatic dust devil as it swept through Odessa, Texas, on Tuesday, March 28.The National Weather Service Midland had issued warnings of hail and high winds for the Odessa area and confirmed reports of a large gustnado in nearby Midland.The uploader’s reaction to the dust devil was: “Only in West Texas.”
