Diana Goldesberry captured a dramatic footage of a dust devil in North Kansas City, Missouri, on Thursday, July 12.Goldesberry said she took the footage from the 11th floor of North Kansas City Hospital at around 2 pm on July 12, when she was visiting her mother at the hospital.“I sat there and watched it come across that whole dirt area before grabbing my phone,” Goldesberry told Storyful. “I wish I had grabbed it sooner.
