INGREDIENTS

1 400G-CAN OF CHICKPEAS
1 GARLIC CLOVE
JUICE OF 1 LEMON
2 TSP. TAHINI
4 TBSP. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
½ TSP. SMOKED PAPRIKA
1 TSP. CUMIN
½ TSP. MALDON SEA SALT

FRESH CORIANDER AND LEMON WEDGES TO SERVE

METHOD

BLEND THE CHICKPEAS, TAHINI, GARLIC, SMOKED PAPRIKA, CUMIN AND SEA SALT TOGETHER POUR IN THE LEMON JUICE AND EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
